Reservation Policies

  • Parties of 4 or more are suggested to make a reservations in advance.

  • A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required for reservations with parties of four (4) or more.

  • Cancellations and re-booking must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 48 hours for all packages and parties. If this is not honored you will be charged the deposit that was made.

  • A service charge of $25 may apply depending on the type of group party.

  • CiCi Nails is open seven days a week. The last appointment is scheduled at 7:00 pm and 4:00 for Sundays.

  • Services must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, MasterCard, and Visa.

  • Gratuities are accepted and appreciated for the excellent service your nail specialist provides.

  • Cash payments are only accepted at the time of service for gratuities only. If you would like to leave a gratuity on your credit card let us know at the time of booking.

  • A deposit is required for all confirmed party reservations.

  • Clients must be 18 years of age to schedule appointments. Minors will only receive services with parental consent and signature of wavier.
